More of Minerva's machines. A CAT 325D, CAT wheel digger, Valtra tractor and dump trailer and a Thwaites dumper tucked behind the tool store.

Much of the mass excavation has been carried out by Coles Plant. This this their CAT 320D excavator. Their biggest excavators had gone from the site at this stage.

CAT dozer

A Komatsu 61P dozer with GPS and one of Coles 8 wheeler Volvo tippers. This is the Liskeard end of the project. Note the cutting in the background and ground bolts.

CRH roller

One of the rollers on hire from CRH. Bardon Contractors have been laying the tar but their pavers were not on-site when I took these pictures.

Enough of modern plant! Back to the old stuff.

Hough Payloader owned by Michael and Jennifer. The machine dates from 1948 and works well.

Hough payloader

The Payloader was found in a old barn where it had sat for 24 years.

Muir Hill 10B dumper pictured at the Boconnoc Steam Fair in 2008. The seat can be turned around and the dumper driven in either direction.
